Starting my day with a quick swim and morning meditation . W**d eater, people laughing, splashing in the pool are all distractions. By focusing on my breath secures the mindset for productivity for the rest of day.


Pretty soon I’ll have to break away, get dressed, and get to work!! It’s time to hustle
