If a man can’t handle his emotions, he will collapse or shut down around his woman because his relationship with his woman reflects his relationship with his inner feminine.

Providing for your woman financially will attract them in the short term but you need to know how to provide emotionally if you want to maintain intimacy over the long-term.

My 20-hour journey to Russia is about to begin, and I'm fu***ng excited to venture into some uncharted territory. This has definitely been the most prep I've ever had to do for a trip, but I know it's going to be all worth it. Here we go.

Losses are actually wins in disguise because you can’t have the light without the dark. You can’t have the up without the down, and it’s actually in the downs where we’re forced to look at life a different way. We confront pain that opens up a new perspective that supports the growth of the next season,

I’m hosting a free workshop for men tonight at 7 p.m Eastern. I’ll be sharing how some of my biggest mistakes in my relationship turned into the biggest areas of growth in my life.

Just comment or DM me the word “workshop” and I’ll send you the details to register.

Her truth is the trust.

Most men think emotional safety means the relationship gets softer. Sometimes it does. And sometimes the first thing that comes through an open heart is everything she’s been holding back.

The men who shut down, defend, and minimise teach her to go quiet. And a quiet woman isn’t a peaceful relationship. It’s a woman who gave up on being heard.

She doesn’t need you to agree with everything she says. She needs to know you can hold it.

Men, If you want to become the man she can let go around, I’m running a free masterclass this Thursday at 7 pm Eastern on exactly how to do it.

You’ve done the books, the podcasts, the courses. You know the concepts but you’re still not living them.

That gap doesn’t close with more information. It closes in the body, and it closes in a room of men who won’t let you perform.

So we’re running it again. October 23 to 26, four days in Muskoka, two hours north of Toronto. Cold plunge and breath in the morning, the deep work through the middle of the day, and the fire at night, where the conversations that change men actually happen.

Somatic work to move what you’ve been carrying, real challenge to build the man, and silence for the guy who’s hungry for God but tired of spirituality as performance.

Three nights lakeside, all meals, all programming. Everything but the flight.

Ten to fifteen men, and every applicant has a conversation with our team first to make sure the room is right for you and you’re right for the room.

Applications close October 17th.

Comment or DM the word RETREAT and I’ll send you the details.

You think you’re being managed because she’s controlling.

You’re not. You’re being managed because you keep not following through

And here’s the part that stings: it’s not that you never lead. You do. For a week. Then work/business blows up, you go quiet, and she’s carrying the emotional tone of the relationship again.

Most men use their work or their business as a way to avoid feeling the emotions they don’t know how to confront. What ends up happening is they bury themselves in work and then come home with no capacity left to respond, lead, or create structure for their wives or their girlfriends. They get annoyed when they get triggered by their misses reflecting back that lack of direction.

It all comes back down to a man’s willingness to create space in his life to feel through the emotions that are disrupting his nervous system. He has the awareness to see where he needs to show up with more leadership in the relationship.

This Thursday, at 7 p.m. Eastern, I’m hosting a free workshop for men on building the awareness, leadership and follow-through your relationship needs.

I’ll show you how to become the man she can trust, respect and feel connected to.

Most men are trying to get more out of their relationship. Very few are asking what she’s holding back, and why.

A woman who doesn’t feel safe stays busy managing you. Watching your mood, softening her words, bracing for the version of you that shows up when you’re stressed.

When she feels safe, all of that energy has somewhere else to go. She pours into you, and she starts seeing the man you’re capable of being before you can see him yourself.

You feel it too. You come home with more in the tank instead of less, and the relationship stops being one more thing you manage around your work.

Here’s the part most men miss. None of it starts with her. It starts with whether you’re steady enough for her to let go around.

She was never meant to complete you. She was meant to make you more of what you already are.

If you want to become the man she can let go around, I’m running a free masterclass this Thursday at 7pm Eastern on exactly how to do it.

You didn’t get where you are by feeling your feelings. You got here by putting them aside and getting the work done, and it worked. Nobody at the office ever asked how you were holding up.

Then you come home.

She says something’s wrong and you go flat. Not because you don’t care. Because the thing you’d need to meet her with is the thing you switched off years ago to get good at your job.

So she gets louder trying to reach you, and you get quieter trying to keep things calm, and the house goes tense for reasons neither of you can name.

Then work starts feeling like the easier place to be, and it’s not because you love your job. It’s the one place you don’t have to feel anything.

The skill you’re missing isn’t communication. It’s being able to drop out of your head and into your body long enough to sit with something uncomfortable without fixing it or walking away.

You don’t learn that on her. You learn it somewhere else, with a coach, a therapist, or a room of men doing the same work, and then you bring it home.

Free live masterclass this Thursday at 7pm Eastern on how to feel more without losing your edge.
