Each class is customized for your group which allows the guest to pick the type of grill, the foods that are prepared and a cooking style that we focus on. Choose from Big Green Egg/Kamado Style, Gas Grills, Traditional Smoker and even WiFi Pellet Grills. Each class includes generous samples of each food prepared and plenty of hands on grilling experience. We provide information to source local meats and seafood as well as an extensive equipment list.
