Our mission as the leading skating-skills training program is to ensure all ice hockey players reach their ultimate potential by improving their skills in the most fundamental part of the game: skating.

Many if not all hockey players never get a true “skating lesson” but are expected to learn to skate by simply playing the game. Unfortunately, based on how hockey has traditionally been taught, skating skills almost always take a back seat to the more “sexy” aspects of the sport, like shooting and game play.

At Hockey Speed, we know that most players would rather focus on shooting than their skating skills, which is why we created this program! Our goals is to make the process of learning to skate and improve your techniques fun, engaging, and rewarding.

All of our instructors are true experts at teaching skating skills to hockey players, and players of every level will benefit from our skating drills. We’re committed to providing the very best information and making it accessible to all at a reasonable price.
