M I N D S E T & M O V E M E N T

OPEN = my blood are the waves, my body is the earth. My mantra for the last few months.
•
If you’re trying to conceive you realize what a freakin’ miracle it is that life is created and then survives.
•
Even more so when people outside of your bedroom are needed for conception. As you start spending 💸💸 and attempts are limited, it’s so important to remember that our body is whole. One thing in your body is not separate from your overall health. Stress, exercise, nutrition, toxins, inflammation, hormones are all interconnected in our bodies.
•
My husband and I started our first attempts at assisted conception this past month.
•
It’s hard not to feel pressure for success in each conception attempt. But we can set ourselves up for that success if we start using best practices that allow for our bodies to be in their cycle to support optimal reproductive performance.
•
I’ve been cycling nutrition, exercise, and connection with myself in order to be ready for these procedures.
•
I’m so excited to have shared my research and experiences in this blog and will be posting more soon!
