Hi, everybody!
School starts at UT and ACC next week! The high school students and younger students are starting on September 8 or sooner! I will be tutoring online this fall due to the pandemic! I would love to help you or your friends with the math classes remotely.

I have the feeling that the schools will have much more advanced proctoring of exams now that they have had all summer to figure out! Without office hours and person to person contact for most students, I am feeling that classes will seem harder than ever! I am thrilled to help you or your friends and family!

I am tutoring remotely this summer due to the COVID pandemic. I would be thrilled to help you or your friends! I can send you a pdf of our notes after each session. We will use Zoom and a scribble board to make sure that you get everything that you need. You can even record the sessions if you want to!!!

Hi, Facebook friends,
I sincerely apologize for not keeping in touch you more frequently, and I know many of you have graduated and now have jobs. I just wanted to say hello, and let you know I have never forgotten you.

Always remember, sometimes life will not go your way, and setbacks can happen. I have had my share when I didn’t get that promotion I hoped for, or when I lost two jobs that meant so much to me. But, when this happens, don’t stay stuck with the covers pulled over your head! Life can be an exciting roller coaster ride, and you will discover there is usually another opportunity awaiting if you believe in yourself and keep trying.

I have had to pick myself up several times to discover that I had new and more exciting options. When I left UT, I picked myself up and built a professional web site so that I could meet you and be your tutor. I get to wear shorts to work, get up without an alarm, meet you and help you reach your goals and dreams. We have had fun even though calculus can be sort of gross at times, and most of us know how weird Quest can be!

I want to thank you for being an important part of my life. Being your tutor and your friend has made me genuinely happy and fulfilled. This is where I was meant to be. I believe in you, and I will cheer you on with whatever you are doing in your life. We all have different strengths and weaknesses, but I want you to be successful in whatever you choose to do. When I got out of college, I thought that I was supposed to dress up in a suit and go to work for a large corporation. Well, that lasted two whole years before I realized what I was really meant to do.

I went to graduate school full time so that I could be a college math professor and get to know you! I have been so happy with my decision to listen to my heart and be your tutor/teacher/friend!! I want you to be happy and find your own way to success in your own life as well. Your version may not be like any of your friends, but it will be perfect for you!

If you have younger friends in your sorority, fraternity, spirit group, or friend groups, please send them my way. I would love to help them learn math with as little stress as possible, and I always promise to take really good care of them. I would be thrilled to hear from you if you get the chance to say hi and let me know how you’re doing!
