Preparing students for success after graduation takes dedicated community partners. A huge shoutout to Tyrex Group for hosting four Austin Ed Fund interns this summer and offering them an unforgettable experience in advanced manufacturing!

By combining CAD modeling with AI-powered market research, these students were given the tools and trust to develop their own prototypes.

Thank you, Tyrex, for believing in Austin ISD students and building a stronger future workforce together!

And of course, our team had to snag a photo in front of the animatronic T-Rex!

Workplace ready and thriving! 🚀 We are checking in on our incredible Austin ISD student interns as they dive into their summer placements, and the energy is unmatched!

From corporate offices to the great outdoors, these students are gaining invaluable real-world experience across Austin:

🌿 Waterloo Greenway & Visit Austin: We caught up with four of our interns downtown! Two are tackling projects in the office, while our outdoor duo at will be hitting the park to survey visitors and gather live feedback. They just got their tech and iPads today and are ready to dive in fully!

📐 MWM Design Group: Harani from Anderson HS is at , researching asset inventory systems. This is MWM’s second year hosting, and site supervisor Jessica has truly leveled up the experience this year (shoutout to career coaches Cecilia and Laura for the incredible guidance!).

💛 Austin Child Guidance Center: Allison & Zaara are at helping organize community events and facilitating client activities.

👟 AISD Athletics Office: Jordan is already thinking ahead at the Athletics Office—his upcoming project focuses on the vital benefits of organization in sports management.

Shoutout to Dr. Stephen Walls from UT McCombs School of Business who spoke to AISD Office of Innovation and Development interns about design thinking and problem solving.

We are so proud of these students for stepping out of their comfort zones, mastering new technology, and representing the best of AISD. A massive thank you to our incredible host businesses and career coaches for making these career-launching experiences possible! 🎓✨
