ACC Business and Economics Club

ACC Business and Economics Club The Business & Economics Club welcomes new members who are seeking to find other students interested in business and/or economics.

While we encourage the discussion of these topics at our regular meetings, our primary focus is on the development and sponsoring of educational seminars which will take up the majority of our meeting time; however, this may certainly change according to member demand. These educational seminars may include having business owners come out and discuss the more intangible challenges associated with

operating a business, and they may include having economic specialists come out and discuss the more esoteric aspects of economics not typically discussed in a lecture course, especially as these aspects relate to current events. Having speakers, debates, and vocational training available to members are just a few of the things this club seeks to offer members; but there is nothing about this club that is set in stone! The club is very responsive to new ideas from its members and welcomes adapting to a changing student body with different ideas. After all, isn't that what business is all about?
