Attending the Austin Wellness Summit was a real turning point for me. I stepped into this vibrant space filled with experts, practitioners, and people just like me—all seeking better health. I had been contemplating on starting this after listening to experts. But to actually talk to a professional, it opened my eyes to a whole new approach.
