A journey to the new✨
May 26th was my birthday and I really feel like a new person. Let me introduce myself. My name is Teyya and I was born in Accra,Ghana and moved to the states when I was 3 years old. Through my childhood and adolescence I have learned so may important life lessons. I’ve gone through emotional and physical abuse, feeling not wanted, sheltered, depressed, gut and menstrual issues along with so many other things. Every issue I dealt with had to do with the mind,body and spirit. Through constant tears, asking God or source what my “why” was and karmic cycles, I found my purpose. It is to heal and serve people. I want to help as many people who are like me an immigrant, first generation, dealt with blockages with myself and confidence. I want to help build anyone who wants to be a better version of themselves. I heal and cure anyone dealing with chronic pain. I realize now that I am a healer. Today also marks 2 years of my business eMÊLANT. I’m here as your coach for all things mind, body and spirit. Let’s heal ourselves from the inside so it doesn’t manifest on the outside.
