I was scared to be myself...

Playing football with my neighborhood friends was fun, but I honestly preferred singing the national anthem...

and action figures were really cool, but i was ashamed that I also liked toys ...

Dating women was great, but I was afraid to tell people I wanted to date guys...

But then one day I had a spontaneous spiritual experience that reshaped how I perceived myself and the world around me...

From that moment i realized that my life was a paradox...

My true feelings were the least significant parts about me... and simultaneously the most significant because I wasn't allowing them to be fully expressed...

I share this with you today because we all have fears and uncertainties and doubts...

But at any moment, a shift in perspective can occur and it can give us the freedom to share that which makes us feel alive...

Every time I get the opportunity to teach people about the voice... a fireworks display emanates from my heart...

Evey time I hear a person's voice become free and expressive, I get chills from the tips of my toes to the top of my head...

I feel so lucky to be at a place in my life where I can lucidly experience the world around me, because I'm not shackled my the chains of fear.

📺Voco-Secret #1: Falsetto is a normal part of the human voice and there's nothing "false" about it 😉

Despite what some voice teachers, voice coaches, and other singers might say... falsetto is made by your TRUE vocal cords and NOT by your false vocal cords.

How good a person may be at accessing their falsetto register depends on their vocal experience, their vocal health, and the overall length, and thickness of the vocal cords.⚡👨🏻‍🎤⚡

And when you hear a growl-like distortion in a person's voice...🦁

Chances are... that's because their false vocal cords are vibrating. 🔊

So how funny would that be if people started calling growling/screamo distortion technique, "Falsetto"??? It would actually make more sense based on the physiology of those vocal techniques.
