Most people will work at some point or another with a helping professional. But whether a life coach or a therapist is the right fit for you?
Read through the slides and let me know in the comment if it was helpful !

3 years ago I knew what I liked most about my network marketing business is to help others reaching their dreams too. I lead and coach a team of 150, yet I felt frustrated and helpless when someone "fell off" the wagon. I wanted to save them, to make it happen for them.

Today as a Certified Life Coach, I know 2 things.
1. When coaching, you need to focus on the WHO and not the WHY or the HOW. Only then you raise awareness of the inner blocks that are keeping you from who you were meant to be can you built an authentic life and build long lasting happiness.
2. A coach can never want it more then the client...

As a life coach I'm your guide not your mentor. I believe that YOU are the expert of your life. I utilize a research based approach, called Core Energy Coaching, to help you see what changes you can make in your life to help you reconnect with your CORE value and design a life that is in alignment with your true self.

My services (in person in Austin and online via zoom):
- Life coaching
- Transitional Coaching
- Value based living
- Social Media Marketing
- Goal setting
- Business Coaching
- Work Life Balance
- Individual & Group Coaching

DM me for a complementary 30 min session.

It's been quite a week! We lived through a historical event of winter storm in

Millions without power, water, even as I type this.

Let me tell you, snow in Texas longer than 12h is no fun! We are not prepared for this!

My family was cut off of power for 36h. It was interesting to say the least. The temperature in our home decreased to 50F. BRRRRR...

But it gave me enough time to read this book by

When I started my direct sales business exactly 2 years ago, I had ZERO experience. I have never done sales in my life, I had no family to support me as I started out. Most of my "previous" life connections consisted of professionals who despise this business. Not to mention! I'm a huge introvert. Weeks like this, when we are stuck at home, and my kids require my attention all the time, I need space even for them!

What I had is grit and determination to make it work. I made it to the top 1% of the company by lots of trials and errors in 16 months.

I wish I had this book back then to help me start! It would have saved me from so much inefficient action. If you just starting off, you must read this book. If you have been doing this for a while but don't seem to achieve success you hoped for, you must read this book!

What is your favorite book?

I read this somewhere and it made e really think? What do people stick to their crappy job but unable to show up every day to build their dream?

Why do we feel that after “trying” for a few weeks or even month is enough to decide it this is something worth pursuing?

Have you ever met anyone who build an empire in a couple of months? If so please, tag them in this post!

If you need accountability partner, I’m here for you!

Vlog Episode 8 The Work from Home Mom 11/20/2020

I'm so honored to be invited as a guest by Me Time 4 Mom.
Finding a balance as a Mom and an entrepreneur is not an easy task.
I hope you will find value in our video:

Vlog Episode 8 The Work from Home Mom We sat down and chatted with Edina Mahieux of Life Nailed to talk about working from home with kids. She described her motherhood journey and how it shifted ...

Happy momma with smiling children… Yeah, it’s not always like this.

Yesterday was a terrible day. I lost my s**t more than once. The kids were not listening, not cooperating, talking back. Pretty much doing everything I asked them not to do. I tried so hard to keep it together but around 4pm I lost it. I yelled at them. And the guilt came shortly after without fail..

Then, today I was talking to Laszlo’s teacher on the phone from the French school when he wanted me to do a shake. RIGHT NOW! Since I wasn’t, he started to bother his sister. Don’t ask for logic…

She started to scream like she does so well, which ended up in a hysterical cry. I just wanted to dig a hole and vanish. I felt ashamed. I felt the whole scene was a reflection of my failing parenting.

And I’m so grateful that his teacher told me that it was ok. That siblings fight. That children like to test the limit and pushing parents over and beyond. That being a mother is hard and it’s ok to have less than perfect days.

It’s not fun to deal with their testing. But it also means, they know we are their safe harbor. That we love them even in their worst. Because that’s what mothers do.

I don’t know who else needs to hear this today but YOU ARE A GREAT MOTHER!

The other day posted something powerful.

Can we normalize hyping our friend page up the way we do these “influencers”.

Why do we spend hours browsing and watching videos of influencers we don’t know and who doesn’t care about us while claiming to not have time to take our future into our hands or refuse to support our friends small businesses because they do something out of our own norm?

Did you know there are many ways you can support your friends who try to build their business on social media, and it doesn’t cost you a dime?

1. You can like or comment on their posts
2. You can send supportive message when they struggle
3. You can congratulate them on their victories.
4. You can recommend them to others who might need those products and services

We want to get more followers because that’s how social media and algorithm works. Hence all the FOLLOW ME posts.

Let’s do something different today!

I want to support YOU!

Are you someone or do you know someone who try to grow their business using social media?

Comment or tag your friend below! I will follow you and cheer you on.

KINDNESS IS A GIFT EVERYONE CAN AFFORT TO GIVE!

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone!
