Still feeling "haunted" by an old job? Here are some ways to begin addressing possible burnout:

🌟 Take care of the basics! What do your sleeping, eating, and water drinking habits look like?
🌟 Connect with others through things like volunteer work, social media, and local organizations. It doesn't even have to be to talk about your feelings or challenges - being in community with others can be a boost of its own.

Feeling "haunted" by an old job? Burnout creeps up in mysterious ways. Here are three things to investigate if you are still having some Big Feelings about a previous role or employer:

👻 Feedback makes you anxious
👻 You find yourself always expecting the worst
👻 When you receive praise, you don't really believe it

Take some time this week to talk this out with someone or reflect in a journal. When we can start to identify the source of these stories, it can help you unpack some of those pain points.
