Actually surprised here by some Queso here in Seattle!

Queso with bacon chorizo. Needs work but comes with tortillas. 3 chip rating

In house home made chips and pretty adequate Queso! Queson Monster tip..eat it quickly are it gets too thick! The Queso alone would be 3 chips but the house made chips move it up to a 4. Thanks East Side Tavern!

The Queso Monster gives it 4 chips! The chips are deep fried in house that's 5 chip worthy! The Queso could use some quac and pico but still above average with amazing ingredients such as Oaxaca chihuahuas, child rub, and pickled peppers! We here at Queso monster recommend!
