Yes, it feels so good to learn to communicate clearly with your words. Setting boundaries, speaking your needs, speaking your stories out loud to a witness. Etc.
However, equally as powerful is learning to communicate without words. This requires grounding yourself and observing with attention to the world around you, tuning in to others, feeling where the boundaries or invitations are.
I appreciate it when others can interact with me in both of these ways 🤍

I have been practicing The Triple Vagal Method for 6 months now. I have gained a greater awarness of what state my own nervous system is in and I can also tune into the state of others, what a gift it is to hold space for myself and others to release traumas held in the body and regulate nervous systems! 🦋🌼

Honored to find others who have this connection and understanding that water is our mother, that water is intelligent and connects us all. Last night was filled with Song prayer and praise to our sacred waters and to inform our community of how to use their voice to let the city of Austin know that we don't want massive construction for profits on or around our springs, for now and forever
