December can feel overwhelming.

With rapid-fire requests coming in from every direction, we can immediately blame lack of time and energy as the problem.

So, we try to work harder and faster to get it all done.

But the truth is ➡️➡️ we can’t do it at all.
So let’s work like a human because we are human.

Just for today, I invite you to name your priorities and let everything else fall away.

The key to success here is open communication with the people around you about what you will (or won’t) do and when.

No one expects you to do it all (accept maybe yourself), but they do want to know what to expect.

I’m cheering you on as you name & focus on your highest priorities and communicate clearly with those around you.

Sustainable success is built one decision at a time.

Hello new month! Hello second half of 2025!

I love a fresh start, and since I just moved into my new calendar, I’m having all the new year vibes.💫

I’m feeling called to take stock of the first half of the year with gratitude, celebration and loving grace. And look forward to the second half with clarity and intentionality.

This process of reflection and realignment has consistently been the most powerful practice in my toolkit.

It helps me…
⭐️ look at the data of my life
⭐️ shed what’s no longer needed
⭐️ give myself love and appreciation
⭐️ commit to what’s most important
⭐️ decide which actions align with my priorities now

If I didn’t reflect & reset regularly, I would still be stuck in the grind—always striving towards a finish line that didn’t exist.

It feeds my soul and allows me to continually move towards my dream life, one ease-filled step at a time.

I love the practice of reflecting and restarting. It can be as simple as taking a slow, deep breath and choosing what’s next. Or it can be a comprehensive as an annual review with roadmapping session. The point is to stay in “perpetual creative response” as we navigate life, instead of blindly reacting to life.
