✋ I had to interrupt the pattern

When I declared that I am ready to receive and be in abundance, I could not continue my scrappy work-my-ass-off ways.

When you declare that you want something in your life, the Universe is ready to abide. 💫
�And what you’ll often have to be faced with in the process of receiving it are all the ways you block yourself from receiving exactly what you want.

Some call it self sabotage, I call it a gift. 💝

If you are calling in more love, but as it approaches you criticize it and wish it looked different…then you are not letting in what you desire.
�If you desire more adventure and play in your life, but then prioritize work and responsibilities over going out into the world…then you are blocking what you want.

If you’ve asked the Universe for more wealth and expansion in your life, but refuse to show up in making it happen…then it won’t.

It shows you and tries to give you what you want, but it’s up to you to say yes to it…to accept it. 🤲

I have been calling in a trip for my birthday for 4 years. This year it showed up as a gift to me, and I said, “no” because it felt irresponsible to go.

Luckily through the wise support of my friends and my own awareness that I actually really wanted to be there, I was able to change my mind and still get to go.

What helped me create consistency in my biz…

Do this when you’re feeling insecure…

You are upholding yourself to some serious high standards…
you know that right?

When you keep comparing yourself to Kelly who’s been doing this for years and has a photography background…

Or over focusing on how you didn’t sell out your recent offer.

Now that’s just setting yourself up for a nervous system freeze aka an evening of doom scrolling.

If I went from cringing every time I went live to speaking on stage in front of 50 people…you can too!

The key to boosting your confidence levels and being your own freaking cheerleader is:

🐆001. Being in the GAIN. In other words, not comparing yourself to where you want to be, but looking at how far you’ve come. Your journey to getting here is what will make people want to work with you, because you can help them do the same!

💃002. Start an ego booster note in your phone. Put every nice text, customer testimonial and anything that makes you feel good (including hot pics of yourself) in that note. Then when you’re feeling low, you go spend time in it. And yes, this includes screenshooting positive comments or sales notifications you’ve received.

🔥003. Get grounded in reality through your body. Notice what happens in your body when you resist showing up. The sensations + emotions are clues showing you what you’re really afraid of. Is the catastrophe you’re imaging really going to happen? If nobody buys, will you actually end up on the streets? Connect with reality and soothe your scared inner child.

There is a past version of me who’d never believe that I help women embody their confident fierce selves.
�That version of me has braces,
A protruding belly (still got it),
And listens to hard rock.

She hates her body…
Wants to hide as much as she can…
And her only solace are the fantasies in her head.

There’s another version of her…
The one that decided that if she could look good,
Then she’d be good.

She has extensions in her hair,
Layers of makeup,
And counts every fry she ingests.

Then there are the many versions in-between.

The ones who’s emotions ran the show…
Who chased boys and external validation to somewhat feel worthy.
�There’s the high achiever who pushed to grow faster and faster, although secretly never feeling good enough.

All these versions visit me often.
Whispering their stories of why I should hide, quit or adapt.

I welcome them with warmth,
Hold their tender broken hearts in my hands,
And tell them, “I love you as you are.”

You likely have these same versions within you.
Perhaps one of them feels more present at the moment.

Now the trick is to love these versions of yourself without letting them take the steering wheel.

Because there is also a version of you that knows she’s good at what she does.

That has seen evidence of people’s lives being positively impacted.

She knows what she wants and her purpose on this planet.

And when you let that expanded version of you lead, then life changes into a game of expansion and growth.

What was once unachievable is now where you’re headed.

And instead of labeling dreams as too big, you’re more concerned about living a life that’s too small.

Remember to love all versions of yourself, for they are all a part of who you are. ❤️‍🔥

There’s something profound that happens when you embrace your BIG VISION SELF...

You stop settling.

You stop letting your needs run the show.

You step into an existence that is activated by your desires and wants.

What used to feel “too big” is now what you plugged into your life’s navigation.

Your biggest dreams become probable.

You shift everything you do to take you there.

You stop worrying about “safe” and “easy”, and instead focus on “exciting” and “provocative”.

And with that your life begins to shift…

Miracles and unexpected surprises come seemingly out of nowhere.

Things that at one point you didn’t think were possible become your norm.

You begin seeing yourself in whole news ways.

Your dreams grow even bigger and more expansive.

Don’t know what to post today?

I bet you didn’t think it's because of this this…

I was shocked too….

Creating content for Instagram only sometimes comes easy for me…

I am highly sensitive, very emotional and super attuned to my body.

�What does that mean?

�It’s very hard for me to show up, when I am not feeling good or grounded.

I used to think there was something wrong with me…

But what I know the truth.

The ease at which any of my marketing comes up for me changes, depending on where I am in my menstrual cycle.

�When I bleed…I am creative af and the ideas just flow.
When I am ovulating…I just want to make talking head videos.
When I am in my luteal stage…I rather do voice over content.

Your hormone levels impact all of these things…

AND here’s the good news:

The more you can plan your content WITH your cycle and its various stages, the easier it’ll all feel.

It works for me and it works for my clients.

Because the second you throw out the expectations around how society tells you to show up and instead embrace your unique rhythm…you will finally feel in flow!

Do you ever have those days or weeks where you just can’t show up online? 😥

You want to market yourself…
Share your offerings with the world…
But something stops you?

Maybe it’s low energy, not feeling good enough, overwhelm…😵‍💫

But then there are other days and weeks where you feel like it comes easier to you? 💃

Where what kept you from acting before, is not an issue anymore?

➡️ This is because you’re on a infradian rhythm aka a monthly cycle.
�So every day, as the month progresses, your hormone levels are changing, and with that, your physical, emotional and mental functions are impacted. 📈

As your estrogen increases, as you approach ovulation, you feel more confident, it’s easier to create content, show up live…

Then your progesterone goes up, and you get more sensitive, begin doubting yourself and marketing (not to mention life) just feels harder.

🕰️ Meanwhile our society (and men) are built around a circadian rhythm, which is on a 24-hour clock.

So as women, we’re expected to show up the same every day.
And that’s just not possible…

So THIS is what you want to do:
✅ Track your menstrual cycle - get clear on where you are in it at all times, so you can better understand YOURSELF and your personal rhythm

✅ Notice how you feel when (physically, emotionally, mentally), so you can work with these stages

✅ Build your marketing strategy around your cycle - this means, you’ll get to show up when your hormones are supportive of it (and don’t worry there are benefits to all parts of your cycle)

The year is almost over and while everyone is worrying about what Christmas gifts to buy, I am building a stellar marketing strategy for 2024.

Imagine how much more restful and enjoyable the holidays will be knowing you have your 2024 plan on lock?

These are the steps you want to take to get yourself prepared for the year to come 👇

1️⃣Get super clear on who you’re here to help and how. The nitty gritty of what they lose sleep over, what they make Pinterest boards for, where they dream of vacationing, what they complain about to their friends).
�The better you know your dream clients, the more effectively you’ll be able to sell to them.

2️⃣Write out your goals. I have been studying manifesting, just as long as I’ve been in the marketing world, we’re talking 20+ years. The CLEARER you are on what you want, the REALER it feels to you…the sooner it’ll come.

You want to know what your financial goals are (monthly, quarterly, and yearly), how many clients you’ll have, what people will experience by working with you). This is where you want to include the IMPACT you’re here to have.

3️⃣Why YOU are the answer. Connect the dots for yourself (and eventually for them.) How can you relate to your dream client’s experiences? How did you move through the same challenges they’re having and what solutions did you create?

4️⃣List out your offerings. What are your products and services? What are you launching this year? What will you charge?

(Remember your income goals, as well as your capacity. Make sure what you build is supportive of YOU.)

5️⃣Create a calendar you can follow. This calendar should have everything you plan on doing this year.

Your personal plans come first…(vacations, birthdays, etc.)
Your business plans come second…

It’s where you lay out each launch, the frequency of your content (i.e. 1 x podcast per week, 3 x emails, 5 x posts)

❤️ And how show them how you overcame it by using your expertise and knowledge, then…

⚡️ Invite them into a journey where they can experience this for themselves...

❤️ Through an exercise, tip, freebie or paid offering.

There is a formula to heart-led selling that works and doesn’t feel gross.
