I made a move and took on a new leap of faith. Here’s to being an Emotional Projector that’s waiting for the right recognition and invitations.

I’ve been studying and diving in deeper to Human Design and realizing how much I want that as a focus in how I am coaching you through Self-Love.

Human Design has become a very helpful insightful tool for me as I navigate my coaching, my lifestyle and how I can best show up as a coach.

Hope you enjoy! 🤗💗

Messages from The Inner-Child Oracle deck.

What are rituals you choose to add to your daily routine, for just 7 days? Rituals are amazing for grounding and growth, as well as spiritual alignment. It’s a great practice for developing Self-Trust.

What are your emotions trying to tell you? Get comfortable with bringing awareness to what your emotional body is telling you. Sitting with the messages that are trying to surface helps to bring wholeness and healing. There’s no quick-fix, no way around what your body needs to feel. Be brave, walk through it, and you’ll come out stronger and braver.

I am here for guidance and support.

Why breath work is so effective and why I choose it as a healing tool:
Breath work is an amazing healing tool that offers aid in positive self development, helps to process healing emotional pain and trauma, it can also help to increase confidence, self-image and self-esteem. It reduces stress, creates feelings of love, openness, peace, gratitude, clarity, communication, and connection. Breath work will also help to release trauma or mental and physical blocks, as well as anxiety, depression, fear, grief, and anger.

I love breathing as a healing tool because I can attest to all these facts. The key to healing is not solved by a quick fix, but by putting in the work, applying the tools you have available and growing in what you gain. Breathing is one of those tools, and it allows for the body to gain tremendous power for transformation. I have been through insecurity, anxiety, low self- worth, and depression. I had no idea how to find a way out. Until I really looked at myself and realized, it comes from within. You are the holy divine master creator. I am the holy divine master creator. And breath work is alchemy work. It is allowing transformation to create love, to create space and regeneration.

A little bit about me, I am cat momma yogi🐾🧘🏼‍♀️. I have a 3 year old lovely feline named Cleopatra, she is my partner in crime and she takes good care of me as I do her. I practice yoga at least daily to help a lot with my stress and chronic pain. I am a born and raised Austinite. Texas is home and I am so grateful to live here 🥰🧡

I came across the Self-Love certification course last year over the summer of 2020 and felt like it was THE Golden Opportunity. I’m so glad I took this journey. I received my certification early this January and am so proud of the journey and work! I can’t wait to work with you and help you grow and thrive! ☀️✨😊
