Is your SQUAT workout benefitting or hurting? TAKE THE TEST 🆓

Did you take your test? 🤔

Strength is always seen as the dominant attribute that most athletes want to achieve BUT In reality strength does nothing if you can’t last! 😉

You may be able to knock out 1 RM at a weight that people are astonished about but what happens after you rack your weight? Are you drained? Do you feel pain? 🤔

Well all those things are normal when you don’t focus on your endurance! 👏
