Were you excited, scared, or perhaps shocked?

I won't lie, it caught me a little off guard... like, woah, only 17 weeks until we start a new year?!

I immediately asked myself, am I on target with my goals?

And it got me a little nervous, because truthfully, I am not on track, but then a felt something ignite inside of me 🔥 that shock turned to hunger and it got me lit up 🐯

It's time to double down do NOT back out.

It is still possible to achieve your goals or new year's resolutions!

If you're off target it doesn't mean you're a failure.

Remember, you wouldn't have the dream in your heart if you didn't have what it took to achieve it. ✨

▫️ Maybe it's time to evaluate what's working & what's not working.
▫️ Or maybe it's time to invest in yourself.
▫️ Perhaps it's time to get clarity on your goals.
▫️ Maybe it's simply time to stop breaking promises to yourself!

Whatever 'it' is - I want to remind you that you are the creator of your reality by the actions you take today, because every action creates an opportunity for tomorrow.

Sometimes we dwell on the past to distract from the present.

A year ago I was numbing myself daily, today I am thriving and showing up as my truest authentic self. 💛

Learning to find joy in the journey and to trust the rollercoaster ride I create by my thoughts and actions has been a beautiful experience. ✨

Everything is happening just as it should, and it couldn’t have happened any other way, because it didn’t. be present 💝

Every experience, conversation, engagement is for a reason. Learn from it.

Don’t allow your egoic mind to hold you back. Don’t allow your thoughts or insecurities keep you playing small.

The rollercoaster of life continues - there’s ups and downs, it’ll slow down, twist, turn, loop, curve, eventually stop, and sometimes breakdown, but what’s important is that you remember that you are the creator of your adventure park and you are the ultimate ride 🎢

We are the creator of our realities by the thoughts we have and the actions we take.

The problem is often times not external, but internal.

Get to the root cause of an issue and trust your heart.

Ask yourself, “do I trust fully?”
Meaning, do you trust yourself AND do you trust others? It starts from within.

The quote, “hurt people, hurt people” comes to mind, learn to heal what was once broken by learning to trust & love more.
