If you’ve ever thought about personal training, THIS WEEK is the week. 🎉
I can’t stress enough how many women have come to me completely discouraged from trying everything and getting nowhere with their health. Or maybe they’ve made some progress on their own but they don’t know how to keep going throughout all of life’s seasons.
There’s a LOT of information out there that is completely misguided and tbh it’s made me madder than hell. The lack of support for ACTUALLY healthy transformation is unreal.
You don’t need all of the shiny objects being directed at you for weight loss and body recomposition. You need a plan that works with you and someone who hears you, calls you up, and helps you reach your goals & BEYOND.
Because my birthday is next week, I want to give some presents away myself. For any client that joins you get some nice little surprises including a yeti, a cookbook, supplements and more.

Client Spotlight - Bri Wolfe
I wish I could go and find the first message Bri ever sent me. I remember it like it was yesterday though. So much desperation and knowing she didn’t have to live the way she was.
Like all of us at some point - she was battling anxiety and depression. School was kicking her ass, and she knew as she studied to become a pharmacist- she needed to pursue a healthier life.
4 years of working together, Bri’s is the strongest I’ve seen her not just physically but mentally and emotionally. She did the hard work over the last years and showed up with all she could in every season of her life.
l’ve seen her graduate, get a job, get married, leave the soul sucking job, and continue to pour into better habits for herself.
This one hits home because I was once where she was at a long time ago. And when you finally put your health first, stop abandoning your needs, you truly change fron the inside out.
If you keep asking yourself how much longer can you live like this? The answer shouldn’t be “l’Il start next Monday.” The answer should be I’ll start right now.
Because bold of you to assume you have so many more
“Mondays” to start caring about your health.

You’re not crazy for thinking about it at all. It’s literally all over the place. And you’re not “weak” for feeling like nothing is working either.
When a woman comes to me saying she’s considering GLP-1s or peptides, it’s usually not because she’s lazy…
It’s because she’s tired and discouraged.
She’s tried. She’s been consistent in her own way… and still feels stuck in a body that isn’t responding.
I have so much compassion for that version of you.
But I’m also going to be honest with you because well you know me lol.. I can’t help it.
A lot of the women I work with haven’t actually been given the right foundations yet.
I’m talking about actually eating enough to support your body, building muscle and strength, understanding your own body, and cleaning up the patterns that keep you stuck in loops.
Because if those things aren’t in place, nothing else is going to get the results you want- or at least keep it off without them.
Before you decide it’s your only option, give your body a real chance to respond.
There is still a way forward that doesn’t require you to disconnect from your body to change it. And you don’t have to figure that out alone. 🫶🏻
