The beauty of our 96-acre ranch campus helps our scholars appreciate the importance of being good stewards of our environment.

Teamwork makes the dream work! Blaze scholars have the opportunity to work and play across grades. It fosters a tight-knit community, gives advanced kids an opportunity to lead, and shows young scholars their boundless potential. 🔥

🚨 Blaze Scholars Make a Scene 🚨

No need to panic—it was for an assignment. Sirius (our 6-8th grade cohort) finished reading the classic novel The Outsiders and were tasked with recreating what they considered the most important scene in diorama form. Great job, Peeps!

Our Blaze scholars are deep in the middle of NASA Jet Propulsion Laboratory’s Marsbound! engineering challenge, and the focus is impressive.

Working in teams, they’re designing realistic Mars missions with the same real-world constraints JPL engineers face: tight limits on budget, power, mass, and science goals. Lots of thoughtful trade-offs, lively discussions, and creative problem-solving happening in every group.
It will wrap up with launch day when we will see which missions fly first based on their efficiency. Stay tuned!

At Blaze School, we teach our scholars to push hard and finish the year strong — no letting off the gas in the final stretch!
But we do make one joyful exception the day we head to Brookdale Gaines for our annual pre-Kentucky Derby Horse Race event!
Our scholars bring smiles, energy, and plenty of excitement as they entertain the residents with a lively, "horse" race.
A good time is had by all — but bragging rights go to the few! 🏆
