「The Austin Chinese Choir」 would like to express our sincere gratitude for your long-standing love and support!
We are excited to announce that the Austin Chinese Choir will be holding our 34th Anniversary concert, titled 《Neverending Moon and Stars》, on April 12th at 7:30 PM at the Austin Hope Presbyterian Church (11512 Olson Drive, Austin, TX 78750). We cordially invite you to join us for this special event.
This concert is under the direction of Conductor Emily Yeh Chow and Assistant Conductor Alex Chow. Our program will feature contemporary works by Taiwanese composers, including a selection based on poems Chi-Der Chiang, who is a physician and renowned poet in Taiwan. Another highlight will be the inspirational works by British composer John Rutter. While the theme of the concert is to praise Nature, we will present it with a diverse range of styles, including art songs, Taiwanese indigenous songs, film songs, pop songs, and hymns. With the string and percussion instruments alongside the choir, we hope to bring you a beautiful and unforgettable evening!
The concert admission on April 12th is free, and we look forward to your presence as we share this musical feast with you!
