I cried in a bathroom on October 16, 2016 — completely burned out in my career as a .

I decided to take a month off…that became two…and it’ll be 7 YEARS in October since I touched a patient.

That decision has been a catalyst to this ONE thing…

I had a revelation with a group of new friends on a trip to Sedona — that I wasn’t completely happy in my relationship

— even though it was safe, secure, and good enough.

So, I made a decision…it was time to move on.

Call me crazy, but I believe we are all made for MORE than GOOD ENOUGH.

My life is far from perfect, but I believe it gets a little better every day — even in the S**T of life.

You only get to live once— stop taking everything so seriously…and decide that you if you WANT something different…
