It's never too late to celebrate great community partnerships! π
Although we're a little late in sharing, we want to extend our sincere gratitude to Derek Bell and the Augusta Housing Authority for inviting AM Pathways to Success Foundation to participate in the Back to School Bash in July. We were honored to meet so many wonderful families and share information about our math and English Language Arts (ELA) intervention programs for students in grades 2β5.
A special thank you as well for welcoming us into the communities of Allen Homes, M.M. Scott Homes, Olmstead Homes, and Oak Pointe, where we had the opportunity to connect with parents and discuss how our programs can help students build confidence, strengthen foundational skills, and achieve academic success.
Community partnerships like these are what make our mission possible. Together, we are expanding access to educational opportunities and ensuring that every child has the support they need to succeed.
Thank you for believing in our mission and for investing in the families of Augusta. We look forward to continuing this partnership and serving even more students in the months ahead!

Today, we celebrate two exceptional leaders whose service has left a lasting impact on AM Pathways to Success Foundation.
As our Summer Vista Asssociates comes to an end, through our incredible partnership with AmeriCorps of The CSRA United Way and United Way of the CSRA we are thankful. Langston McCovery and Hailee Brown dedicated the past eight weeks to helping build the foundation that will allow our nonprofit to grow and serve more students and families throughout the CSRA.
π Langston McCovery brought innovation, creativity, and technical expertise to our organization. Throughout the summer, he helped strengthen our nonprofit by developing fundraising campaigns, creating our professional sponsorship packet, maintaining and enhancing our website, designing flyers and postcards, managing social media content, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping share the story of AM Pathways with our community. In addition to his capacity-building work, Langston also stepped into the classroom to tutor students, demonstrating his commitment to educational equity and student success. His work has elevated our organization's visibility and provided us with tools that will continue generating impact long after his service has ended.
π Hailee Brown demonstrated an incredible heart for service and education. She played a vital role in strengthening our academic programming by creating comprehensive volunteer training presentations for our Math and ELA intervention programs, developing lesson plans, tutoring students, reviewing and improving organizational documents, and helping establish systems that will support both our volunteers and families. Her dedication has helped ensure that every volunteer who joins our organization is equipped to provide high-quality academic support to the students we serve.
Because of Langston and Hailee, AM Pathways to Success Foundation is entering the 2026β2027 school year stronger, more organized, and better prepared than ever before. Their dedication, professionalism, creativity, and servant leadership have helped us build sustainable systems that will continue to benefit our students, families, volunteers, and community for years to come.
To Langston and Haileeβthank you for believing in our mission, embracing our vision, and investing your talents to help us build pathways to success for children across our community. Your legacy will remain an important part of the foundation we continue to build.
Please join us in thanking these two outstanding AmeriCorps VISTA Associates for their remarkable service and wishing them continued success as they pursue their future goals. We cannot wait to see all that you accomplish!
