Med balls are a great addition to any home gym. They are highly versatile and with the right brand, are almost indestructible. Similar to sandbags, med balls can be added to any bodyweight exercise for some added resistance, or thrown up, down or side to side for some variety in your workout. Also, they're relatively cheap and are found in all different weights.

Don't think those old dingy jump ropes were just for elementary gym class. Jump ropes are a great form of easy cardio to mix up any workout. It also works shoulders, core and coordination as an extra bonus. Not to mention, jump ropes are extremely compact for quick storage in a closet, drawer or suit case.

Super easy and delicious Greek salad w/ chicken
Ingredients:
- mixed greens
- banana peppers
- cherry tomatoes
- cucumbers
- feta cheese
- roasted chickpeas
- Greek dressing
- grilled chicken breast
You can also add in red onion and peppers.
Instructions:
Throw all the ingredients together and enjoy! Perfect for a light dinner or lunch.

Home Gym Equipment Tip: Cardio Machine
There are lots of cardio machines out there, and mostly treadmills. Now there’s nothing wrong with treadmills, but they’re big, heavy and expensive. We prefer a different route with one of C2s stationary bikes, ski ergs or rower. All work great for a quick indoor cardio session, and are light and easily storable.

Salmon Bowls
Ingredients:
-1.5lb salmon
-olive oil
-paprika
-garlic powder
-Cajun seasoning
-salt & pepper
-green onion
-rice/any other grain
-spicy mayo
Instructions:
1. Season your salmon with a generous amount of olive oil and all seasonings in a large bowl.
2. Preheat air fryer to 350° and set for 14 minutes.
3. Once your air fryer is preheated, add your salmon and allow to cook.
4. While the salmon is cooking, make your grain according to the package directions.
5. Top your bowl with chopped green onion and spicy mayo! We use Hellman’s spicy mayo.
