🌍 A summer of service, culture, and unforgettable experiences in Ghana! 🇬🇭

This summer, Auburn students traveled to Ghana with the Office of Outreach Global for a 12-day service-learning experience that took them beyond the classroom and into local communities.
From hands-on health and education service-learning to exploring Elmina Castle and Kakum National Park, students had the opportunity to learn through meaningful work, cultural immersion, and firsthand experiences.

🇬🇭 They learned about Ghanaian traditions, participated in a traditional naming ceremony, experienced Ghanaian dance and attire, visited local markets, and so much more.

This experience was more than a trip—it was an opportunity to connect, serve, learn, and see the world from a new perspective. ✈️

🚨 We're hiring! 🌍✈️

Did studying abroad change your Auburn experience? Now's your chance to help the next generation of Tigers take the leap.
Auburn Abroad is looking for enthusiastic student employees who have completed a study abroad program and are excited to share their experiences with others.

As a student ambassador, you'll assist with peer advising, classroom presentations, campus events, outreach, and office projects while building valuable professional skills in communication, leadership, and organization.

📍 Location: 100 M. White Smith Hall
💵 Pay: $12/hour
⏰ Hours: Approximately 10–15 hours per week
✅ Open to undergraduate and graduate students who completed a study abroad program by Summer 2026

Priority consideration will be given to applicants with availability on Thursdays and Fridays from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
