All the coffee comes from our 7-acre family farm nestled on the slopes of Volcan Santa Maria, 5,000 ft above sea level. The farm enjoys rich volcanic soils, a humid cloud forest climate and a staff dedicated to ensuring each step in the coffee growing process is done with care. Before our coffee is packed, we carefully hand-sort each batch, removing any burnt, damaged, or inconsistent beans. It’s a time-consuming step, but it’s one we believe makes all the difference.

Our Honey Roast offers a sweeter, smoother experience without straying too far from what you already love.

Instead of being fully washed, the beans are dried with some of the natural sweet fruit layer still attached, allowing more of the coffee’s natural sweetness and character to shine through.
