What’s something you almost didn’t start because you wondered what people would think?

For us, it was turning this little idea of bringing women drummers together into Sisters on the Drums. 🥁

You never really know where an idea will take you until you give it a chance.

Now we get to watch women pick up the sticks, try something they’ve always wanted to do, and make friendships along the way.

And every time someone tells us, “You inspired me to start,” we’re reminded why we started too. 🩵

There’s nothing better than hearing from women who keep coming back. 🩵🥁

Mary has been to several of our retreats, and one of the things she said really stuck with us:

"Everyone is so supportive no matter what level you’re at."

That’s exactly what we hope every woman feels when she joins us.

Whether you’ve been playing for years or you’re just getting started, there’s a place for you here. We learn together, laugh together, cheer each other on, and leave with friendships that last long after the retreat is over.

One spot left. 🥁🩵

It's always a little bittersweet when we get to this point.

We know someone out there has been thinking, "Maybe next time..." and this just might be your next time.

Our October 8 to 11, 2026 retreat has one spot remaining, and we'd love to fill it with someone who's ready for a weekend of drumming, learning, laughter, and making new friends.

“It’s not all sunshine and rainbows...”

Actually... sometimes it really is. 🌈🥁🩵

There’s something about spending a weekend with a bunch of women who love to drum. You come for the music, but somewhere along the way you find yourself laughing over coffee, cheering someone on after they nail a groove they’ve been working so hard on, and making friends you wish you had met years ago.

That’s my favorite part.
