One of the things I love most about drumming is getting to play songs that just make you want to turn the volume up. 🥁🔥
This time I took on Gimme All Your Lovin' by ZZ Top, and I had an absolute blast playing it.
There’s something about a great rock groove that never gets old. No fancy tricks. No overthinking. Just locking in with the beat and having fun.
I hope you enjoy this one as much as I enjoyed playing it. 🩵

How has it already been over a month since our April 23–26 camp?! 🥹🩵
Every single camp goes by way too fast.
By the end of the weekend, the room is full of laughter, inside jokes, women cheering each other on, and friendships that feel like they’ve been there forever.
That’s my favorite part every time. 🩵
Yes, we learn drums.
Yes, we work hard.
But there’s something really special that happens when a group of women come together like this.
The little “you got it!” moments.
Watching someone finally nail something they didn’t think they could do.
The hugs goodbye at the end of camp.
Looking back at these moments just makes my heart so full. Thank you to every amazing woman who came and made this camp what it was. 🩵

Proof that drummers clean up pretty well on stage too 😄🥁
One of our campers, , shared this photo from a recent show and we’re obsessed with the joy, confidence, and that Sisters on the Drums tee making an appearance 🩵
A lot of women come to camp nervously yet… months later they’re out playing gigs, making friends, and surprising themselves in the best ways.
You never know where saying "yes" to drumming might take you.
Cheer her on in the comments 🩵👇

ONE 👏 SPOT 👏 LEFT 👏
October 8–11, 2026 is almost full and honestly… we’re already excited thinking about the grooves, late-night laughs, coffee chats, and “wait… I can actually play that?!” moments 🩵🥁
If you’ve been sitting there wondering if you’re “good enough” to come…
You are.
Always.
Beginner, intermediate, nervous traveler, shy drummer, rusty drummer… you’d fit right in here 🩵

Happy Mother’s Day to all the amazing women in our drumming community. 🩵
So many women spend their lives taking care of everyone else. Today we hope you take a moment for yourself too.
We’ve met so many incredible women through drumming. Women who are raising families, supporting others, chasing dreams later in life, and still finding the courage to learn something new.
That is something worth celebrating.
We hope your day is filled with love, laughter, music, and maybe even a little time behind the drums. 🩵

Okay… this made us so happy. 🩵
One of our drum sisters from the April retreat, Shelly, sent this photo to our group while she was on vacation riding a train. And yes… she brought her practice pad with her. 😄
What really got us was seeing the same warm up we played together at camp. That little moment was like, “Yep… she’s still in it.”
Honestly, this is why we love what we do. Camp ends, everyone goes home, and then suddenly someone is practicing on a train somewhere out in the world. It’s the little things like this that make us smile.
Also… can we talk about the dedication for a second? Most people pack snacks for a train ride. Shelley packed sticks and a practice pad. 😂
Once a drum sister, always a drum sister. 🩵
Keep practicing, Shelley. We’re cheering you on over here. 🩵
