The bees at GAA are doing fantastic!

We are so fortunate to have a beekeeper who has placed 6 hives on our farm. The bees live the lavender!!!

Buttercup had a 14 pound ram lamb on Sunday morning. It’s the biggest lamb we have had on our farm. He is adorable and spotted just like she is and then Millie had two lambs last night. One black ram lamb and one white ewe lamb. The first all white lamb that we have had, too. So many firsts this spring!!!

We have two lambs on the ground. Clover had twins - a boy and a girl. Looks like two more of the girls are about to go and Tootsie is still holding back.

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! If you are traveling through the Black Diamond/Auburn/Maple Valley area, this is a must-stop destination. ​The Highlights ​Rig Accessibility: We travel in a 41-foot rig with a dually tow vehicle, and the access was great. We had plenty of room to maneuver and park without any stress, which is always a huge relief for larger setups. ​The Farm Experience: We were treated to a wonderful, in-depth tour of the farm and its daily operations. It was so cool to see how everything works behind the scenes! ​The Animals: This place is a paradise for animal lovers. We spent so much time watching the "funny" Running Ducks and the adorable baby ducklings. In addition to so many Alpacas, they also have a great variety of friendly chickens, sheep, goats, and llamas. ​The Gift Shop: Make sure you save time for the gift shop! It’s beautiful and stocked with high-quality Alpaca goods and raw Alpaca fiber for those who craft. ​The Hosts ​A massive thank you to Mark and Candy. They were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was absolutely perfect. Their hospitality really makes this place stand out. ​Final Verdict: We loved our time on the farm and will definitely be back every single time we are in this part of Washington. I entered a few projects into the show at Shepherds’ Extravaganza. I was very pleased to see that my poppy picture won reserve grand champion. The bow is bigger than the project! Lol!
