Something to do during Spring Break, if you haven't gone elsewhere.
Join us in Ackerman Hall next Tuesday, March 14, at 4 p.m. for our March AntiquiTEA to hear Aditya Chaturvedi, a PhD candidate in the Graduate Division of Religion, discuss the Eighteen-Armed Vishnu sculpture on view in our Asian gallery. Chaturvedi will share insight into the stories and rituals associated with this Hindu god, incorporating premodern Sanskrit treatises on iconography in his analysis.
This program is free and open to the public. Guests can enjoy complimentary scones and tea during the presentation. If you would prefer to join the discussion via Zoom, please register through the link below.
