Guess what! We have added five new pieces to our Blockbuster line.

For those who don't know, Blockbuster pieces transcend time. They are classic, timeless pieces. They are not fad, but fashion, like "the little black dress."

After my bout with Covid in 2021, I don't take time for granted. You cannot recuperate it once it's gone.

Today, God blessed me to spend time with a dear friend I've not seen in over 12 years. These last four years almost took both of us away.

Grateful to see Tina Toles. It's like no time had passed. We just caught up where we were.

Friendship means a lot to me. I have friends that go back to mud pies and Barbies. We don't talk all the time, but we cherish the times we talk.

Today marks eight years since she left to be with God. I am trying my best to be okay, but I woke up in tears.

I know she wouldn't want me to be sad. I know she would want me to go on, and I have.

It's just not the same. I wasn't close to my mom like most of you are. We did not see eye-to-eye most times, but I respected and loved her.

I had to learn that she loved me as best she could. Her life was full of past trauma and she gave me what she had the capacity to provide. I appreciate that.

So if your mother is here, do your best to love her through her trauma that she does not discuss. Love her anyway.

I love my mom. Gone, but not forgotten.
