I'll do it later when I have a full hour. (Spoiler: I never did it). 🛑
​For years, I fell into the trap of "All or Nothing." I thought if I couldn't do the full routine, it wasn't worth doing anything at all.
​So I waited for the perfect window of time. I waited for the motivation. I waited for the energy.
​And while I waited, I did nothing.
​Here is the mindset shift that changed everything for me: You don't need more time. You need a smaller plan.
​Let's look at the reality:
🔸 Option A: Plan a 20-minute intense session.
Result: You stare at the clock, feel overwhelmed, and scroll on your phone instead. Total movement: 0 mins.
​🔸 Option B: Commit to just 10 minutes.
Result: You say "I can do anything for 10 minutes." You start. You finish. You feel proud. Total movement: 10 mins.
