The USDA has an emergency food assistance program, it is not SNAP. You apply and you can get food from specific food banks that are supported by this federal program. In GA, it's the Atlanta Community Food Bank that receives this federal support, so you can get help from them. And they have started a mobile food bank since so many people in need of this program do not have personal transportation.
