🌿 One of the questions I often ask in coaching is:
"What choice are you making today that your future self will thank you for?"
Real transformation rarely happens overnight.
It happens through consistent, intentional decisions.
That's why one of my favorite reminders from The Release is:
"I have to choose, each day, to choose me."
Choosing yourself doesn't mean putting others last.
It means recognizing that you cannot effectively pour into your family, your career, your ministry, or your community if your own cup is consistently empty.
Choosing yourself might look like:
✨ Setting healthy boundaries.
✨ Prioritizing your relationship with God.
✨ Taking time to rest.
✨ Investing in your personal growth.
✨ Asking for help when you need it.
✨ Believing that your future can be greater than your past.
One intentional choice today can change the direction of tomorrow.
So I'll leave you with this question...
What is one decision you can make today that aligns with the life you're praying for?
💛 Your next chapter begins with one decision.
With purpose,
☀️ Sunshine
