BetterCE in Sandy Springs is Looking for a New Team Member!

We’re a local and growing ecommerce/education company looking for a smart, highly dedicated, individual to be part of our team. As a small business, we all assist in numerous areas, from basic IT and customer service-related functions to digital marketing. The primary roles of this position are to assist with digital marketing activities, while also providing customer support by phone and email with the expectation that you will soon oversee the marketing and customer service areas.

Daily tasks include: Assisting with customer calls, Excel use, updating customer and prospect list data, scheduling email campaigns, assisting in course editing on our site, and miscellaneous tasks as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High Level of Attention to Detail and Strong Analytical Skills
- MS Office Experience – Mainly Excel and Word
- Excellent Organizational and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
- Self-motivated and directed and highly focused

Additional Knowledge and Skills that are Preferred, but Not Required

- Experience in Wordpress
- Email Marketing Experience
- Online research and troubleshooting skills

This position requires excellent analytical skills, a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communications, and a high degree of dedication.

This a full-time, onsite, independent contractor position initially with expectation of salary and benefits after provisional period. Our office culture is relaxed, but professional and focused. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and advancement for a dedicated individual who is seeking to grow professionally. Initial compensation is $15 -$20 hr., based on qualifications and experience.
