**MUST HAVE PICKUP TRUCK** (No Trailers or SUV's)
The job is a TRASH VALET position, where residents at an upscale apartment community put their trash out by their doors each night. You would go by, pick up their trash, put it in a big bag, take it to your truck, then to the compactor. It is hard work, but it pays very well. Each night, you could expect to work from 1.5 to 2 hours, depending on your pace and how busy it is.
You would do this beginning after 8PM in the evenings the following nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday. You would have Fridays and Sundays off. You would be paid $1100 per month, divided up into weekly payments.
DUTIES:
* Pick up resident trash bags into large vinyl bags or push carts and put them in your truck.
*Use your smartphone to report violations that occur.
* Drive bags to the on-site compactor and put bags in compactor
* Run the compactor until clear and clean up any spills we leave nearby
PLEASE READ - YOU MUST:
* HAVE A PICK UP TRUCK (please tell us what kind in your application)
* Be over 18 years of age
* Have excellent customer service attitude - you're not there just to get paid but to do a good job!
* Commit to being on site every service night - dependability is a MUST
* Have a mobile phone to take pictures of issues during service
* Be able to work efficiently at your own pace
* Enjoy working outside - work RAIN or SHINE, in all weather (unless conditions are deemed dangerous by company and property staff)
* PAID HOLIDAYS and occasional opportunities for extra work and income
* Be able to lift 50-70 lbs and be able to climb stairs
* Check in via text every night and able to work with little or no supervision
Pay is $1100/month for 5 days per week.
