Woke up this morning and out of no where I looked in the mirror and said "I'm proud of you". Been a long time since he said that to me. 15 hours later.....

There are rewards to working hard. Some are simple.

Everything was saute with curry and jerk seasoning. Put on top of a potatoe patty equally seasoned with onions and garlic. The drizzle was a sauce I put together after. Don't remember it but it all came together nicely.

We are suppose to encourage our kids but this guy right here. He gives it right back. Love you son.

Some things won't take a hint. Didn't really think I'd have to be dealing with this junk but low and behold. Just symptom right now so I'll be back in the gym next week. 💪
