Monday Mindfulness: "I AM EXACTLY WHERE I NEED TO BE TO GET WHERE I'M GOING."

Too often we rush process when it's the very process that perfects us.

Understand that your TRANSITION is necessary for the TRANSFORMATION!

Today, I encourage you to to the process.

Lean in to the discomfort.

Surrender.

Yield.

This is where the happens.

The stretching.

Tall trees must have deep roots.

And baby you're a Sequoia!

A few interesting things about the Sequoia:

🤯 They can live up to 3000 years
🤯 They are the 3rd longest living tree species
🤯 The bark grows up to 3 feet thick
🤯 They are usually 20 ft in diameter and 30 ft across
🤯 They often grow as tall as a 26 story building

I would imagine that growth process is a beast!!!

But what if the Sequoia gave up because things got tough?

Buried underground, seed discarded, forgotten...

But something inside of that tree refused to allow it to give up, no matter how tough things got.

And now, even though the ones who buried it are all dead and gone, the Sequoia stands tall!

Formidable! Immovable!

With folks willing to chain themselves to it to protect it from harm!

Because it knew that the hardship in the present moment was nothing compared to the glory to come!

Some of you have felt like this little sapling.

Trampled on.

Overlooked.

Discarded.

But I beg you to remember who you are!

Dig down deep and plant your roots in firm!

What is awaiting you on the other side of this transition?
