Location has moved to my Family Childcare Learning Home

Hey FB family:
It is with a regretful heart that I need to announce we have to postpone the fundraiser and open house for my daycare scheduled for tomorrow until further notice.
Unfortunately there is a liquor store too close to the daycare building and I can not become a licensed owner. That means I had to break the lease (which is a cost) AND find an entirely different location in order to be in compliance for licensing.
I would like to thank all of my family who was traveling here from Chicago and North Carolina, as well as friends who have donated and/or purchased tickets. The devil wil NOT get the victory, and I am praying for discretionI and to not make knee jerk decisions. We have already begun looking for a new location and I will keep everyone posted as we progress. But I can guarantee I will be IN the building, IN FRONT of the building ,the daycare logo in lights and my name in lights as owner as we cut that ribbon with officials present.
ALL TICKET PURCHASES AND DONATIONS THAT WERE RAISED WILL BE REFUNDED STARTING TODAY. A BIG BIG thank you to my Son, Nasceas Timms and Audrey Nicole for all of your hard work to make this happen. NOW LETS KEEP IT GOING. .

We are having a fundraising brunch and open house on Saturday, March 23 at the daycare. Parents and the community will be able to take a tour, learn about our services, and fellowship with each other. I hope you'll be able to attend. We're trying to raise $10,000 for start up costs, signage, renovations, and to purchase furniture and toys suitable for medically fragile children.

Signing the lease for the daycare next week!!!! I'm super excited that so many families of children with special needs in the Atlanta area will finally have some relief and will have a reputable childcare center to send their babies to. God is sooooo good and it's a blessing to be able to be a blessing :-)
