Is Your Child Struggling with Anxiety?
Free Dinner + Childcare March 9
Dear Cleveland Families,
Growing up brings big emotions. Sometimes anxiety can feel like it takes over. If your child seems worried, overwhelmed, or easily frustrated, you are not alone.
We invite you to join us for the next event in our four-part Parent Education Series. These sessions are designed to give families simple tools and support as children grow and face new challenges.
🧠💙 Anxiety, Emotions, and Helping Kids Cope
🎤 Heidi Cloud, counselor at Spring Hill Elementary, holds a master’s degree in professional school counseling with a focus on anxiety and stress. She will help families understand what anxiety is, why it happens, and what you can do to help.
You will learn:
• What anxiety is and why it happens
• How stress affects learning and behavior
• How to spot triggers
• Simple coping tools you can use right away

🧠 Parent Session: 6:30–7:30 PM
👧🏾👦 Free childcare for ages 3+ (must be potty trained)
