VOICE is looking for survivors of sexual and relationship harm to speak during this year’s annual Take Back the Night on Monday, April 6 at 7:30pm in Ehmer Theater. Submissions can range from poems to essays to dance pieces.

🕯️ TAKE BACK THE NIGHT EVENT
Join us for Georgia Tech’s annual Take Back the Night, where survivor voices are lifted up. There will be a candlelight vigil to honor all victims and survivors, a resource fair, and a call to action and march after the program of speakers.
Together we act, united we change. We can make Georgia Tech safe for everyone.

The Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) competition challenges students to effectively explain their research in three minutes, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. 3MT cultivates students’ academic, presentation, and research communication skills.
Doctoral Students
1st Place: $2,000 research travel grant

3rd Place: $1,000 research travel grant
Master’s Students

The Graduate Student Government Association (GSGA) and the Student Center are hosting a Graduate Student Watch Party this Wednesday, December 3rd at Tech Rec.
Date: Wednesday, December 3, 2025
Time: Doors open at 6:30 PM | Tip Off at 7:00 PM
Location: Tech Rec (1st floor of the Student Center)
Come cheer on the Yellow Jackets with fellow graduate students as they take on Texas A&M as part of this year’s ACC/SEC Challenge! We’ll have pizza, non-alcoholic drinks, and giveaways and raffle prizes sponsored by Georgia Tech Athletics and Coca Cola.
In addition to watching the game, students can also enjoy bowling, billiards, and shuffleboard at Tech Rec.

This initiative by the Graduate Student Government Association’s Mental Health & Well-Being Committee aims to promote the sharing of personal stories anonymously to foster empathy, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and remind graduate students that they are not alone in their struggles. Through these shared experiences, the campaign seeks to build a stronger sense of community, normalize conversations about well-being, and encourage seeking support when needed
