Happy Hoco dance day!!
Below are a few instructions to hopefully alleviate some of the traffic congestion during drop off and pick up.
Please drop off at the front of the Cherokee Conference Center, with children exiting the car onto the sidewalk to enter the building.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR STUDENT HAS THEIR TICKET ON THEIR PHONE OR PRINTED OUT. We will be scanning tickets at the entrance.

Staggered drop off times are as followed:
6th Grade: 5:30pm
7th Grade: 5:40pm
8th Grade: 5:50pm

When you arrive to pick up your child, please follow the directions of officers/traffic attendants. Once the pick up line is filled to capacity, we are asking that you park in a parking space. Each row of parking spaces will have colored balloons at the front. Please text your child the color row that you are parked in. We will have officers and volunteers in the parking lot to direct children to the row. Hopefully this will keep the congestion to a minimum and once your child is in your car, you will be able to leave.

Good Evening! We are going to share the ticket link on Saturday 9/28 @ 6pm instead of Thursday 9/26. We want everyone to have a chance to get a ticket. With the upcoming weather that has the potential to cause power outages and internet issues. We feel this best.
