She’s incredibly social, loves organizing and attending nanny meetups, and is passionate about childhood enrichment. She’s always finding ways to get kids out of the house exploring, learning, and growing. Her dedication shines through in her long-term relationships with families, including one where she spent over 12 years and eventually stepped into a household manager role.

Beyond her hands-on experience, Lynn is also an author, sharing her expertise in her books “How to Get the Best Out of Your Nanny” and “Nanny Etiquette”. We’ve had the pleasure of placing her in two different roles over the years, and she continues to impress us (and her families!) all the time.
