Good Evening Mt. Ephraim Family and Friends,
Resurrection Sunday is almost here, and we are preparing for a powerful move of God all day long!
We will begin bright and early with our 6:30 AM Sunrise Service, and you do NOT want to miss it. We are honored to welcome our special musical guests, Joseph Robinson and The Chosen Aggregation. This dynamic and anointed local group is known for creating an atmosphere of powerful praise and worship that you will not forget.
Immediately following the Sunrise Service, everyone is invited to join us for breakfast in the Family Life Center. Come enjoy great food, warm fellowship, and the joy of celebrating together as a church family.
Then we will gather again at 10:00 AM for our Communion Service, as we continue to celebrate the risen Savior in a mighty way.
Pastor Lee C. Franklin will bring the Word at both the 6:30 AM and 10:00 AM services, and we are expecting a powerful, life-changing message.
Make plans now—bring your family, invite a friend, and come experience Resurrection Sunday at Mt. Ephraim!

Let’s fill the house… from sunrise to celebration!

Good afternoon family
Please join us tonight as we dive into Revelation 8 — a chapter that begins with heavenly silence and ends with earthly woe. This marks the transition from God’s mercy to His judgment during the Tribulation period, the final week of Daniel’s 70 weeks (Daniel 9).
While scholars debate the timing, we rest in the hope that the church will be raptured before the Great Tribulation. Until then, our mission is clear: share the gospel, live with anticipation, and stay watchful. Tonight we’ll explore these powerful questions
What do the trumpets really mean?
Why is prayer highlighted in heaven?
Why does God destroy part of creation?
Where does our hope as believers truly lie?
Join us as we study, reflect, and look forward with faith.
We are live in the chapel or you can celebrate with us via any of our social media platforms

Good evening, family
It is with heartfelt sympathy that we share the passing of Brother Orville Thompson, the father-in-law of our Pastor’s daughter, Sister Shannon Thompson. Brother Thompson and his family have been faithful supporters of our ministry, and we are grateful for the blessing of his life and presence among us.
A Homegoing Celebration for Brother Thompson will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2025 at 11:00 am here at Mt. Ephraim
We ask that you keep his wife, Sister Sharon Thompson, his sons Brandon and Sheldon, the grandchildren and the entire Thompson family lifted in prayer during this season of loss.
For those unable to attend in person, services will be live-streamed via our church’s social media platforms.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Willie A. Watkins Funeral Home, Historic West End Chapel
Again let us keep the family in prayer
