Boy is it hot outside. A cool drink with ice is in order for these days of summer. Think cool thoughts. Imagine chill bumps or air conditioning blowing on you. It really does help. Our mind hears certain words or phrases and it responds. Like a commercial on tv has your mouth ever watered when your particular food is advertised? Our mind is awesome.
