1 in 8 women in the United States will develop breast cancer in her lifetime. This statistic hits close to home, but today, we celebrate something extraordinary. I am beyond blessed to share that my best friend, Lisa Jones, BEAT CANCER! We are overwhelmed with joy, gratitude, and love as we continue our daily talks, prayers, and moments together. Lisa, you are a warrior, and we love you so much!

To anyone currently fighting this battle—keep going, keep believing. We are in deep prayer for your healing, strength, and peace. Know that you're not alone, and there is so much power in taking care of yourself, whether through meditation, self-care, exercise, or just showing yourself kindness every day.
