🌿💡Fun Fact: We can practice the Permaculture Principle, "Catch and Store Energy," by planting seeds! When we plant seeds in the garden, we store the sun's energy that our plants will use to grow. As they grow big and strong, the plants store solar energy in their leaves, stems, and fruits; then, by eating those plants and fruits, we use that energy to make us big and strong, too! ☀️🌱

This month, our SoulShiners are exploring hematite—learning about its shimmer, strength, and magnetic wonders! Thanks to its connection to nature and Mother Earth, hematite can help ground the mind, body, and spirit. ❤️💎
