It’s easy to get lost in the metrics and the tracking of completion rates.
But at the end of the year, the metrics we think more about are:
Did we give someone confidence?
Did we give someone clarity?
Whether it’s a single parent trying to upskill on a mobile phone during a 10-minute break, or a rural artisan trying to reach a global market, the technology is just the vehicle.
The destination is confidence.

A lot of people are making resolutions for 2026. We’re already thinking about 2036.
Our North Star is training designed for a specific future where the “skills gap” is no longer a barrier to economic mobility.
And building tools to ensure no founder or worker is left behind in the skills economy.
Whatever you are building for next year, make sure it has a purpose big enough to keep you going.

It’s December. Your employees are tired. And yet, in L&D departments everywhere, the push is on: “Complete your compliance modules by December 31st.”
We know what happens next. The learner opens a second browser tab. They mute the video. They click “Next” until the quiz appears.
They guess the answers.
They checked the box. But did they learn?
Many programs fail because they are designed for the organization’s checklist rather than the learner’s reality.
At iCurric, we believe that if the learning doesn’t fit the human context, especially during the busiest month of the year, it isn’t learning. It’s just compliance.
Let’s leave the “click-next” fatigue in 2025.
