Last month, I accepted an offer to remain on full-time at C&A Counseling. We are a private therapy practice in Roswell, and we see children, teens, and adults for a variety of mental heath needs. I primarily work with teens and adults and focus on individuals who need support with anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and stenghtening communication skills. I have been able to apply my 7+ years of divorce coaching by providing emotional, as well as practical support and resources for clients experiencing divorce or co-parenting challenges. I am accepting new clients in-person and virtually. Referrals are greatly appreciated!

When I tell someone what I do, the response is frequently that they have never heard of a divorce coach before. Divorce coaching is a growing and much needed area of support that meets a need that is different from an attorney or therapist’s role. It's hard to believe that it has been 22 years since my life was forever changed. It seems an entire lifetime ago, yet the grip it has had on me is still very real and fresh.

It's amazing how my past experiences have shaped my life, affected my relationships, and molded who I am as a person. The person you see now is not the same person.

I am no longer afraid.

I no longer feel powerless.

I no longer feel as though I am worthless.

I no longer believe that I won't amount to anything.

I no longer question if I make a difference in this world.

I am no longer a victim, but a victory. I have taken my mess in life and made it my message.

I have turned my trials into triumphs and have turned my wounds into wisdom to help others.
